In her 19 years as a lawyer, Ms. Kusimo-Frazier has served as an assistant prosecuting attorney, criminal defense lawyer, Deputy Counsel and Director of Magistrate Court Services at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, and corporate defense lawyer.
